目的 :探讨米非司酮对人子宫颈癌Hela细胞增殖的影响。方法 :采用MTT测定 ,观察不同浓度米非司酮 (10 ,5 ,2 .5 μmol/L)对Hela细胞增殖的抑制作用 ;通过ABC免疫组化法 ,检测用药后Hela细胞Ki 6 7抗原表达的变化。结果 :3个浓度的米非司酮对Hela细胞增殖均有抑制作用 ,并呈剂量依赖性 ,其中以 10 μmol/L浓度抑制作用最强 ,抑制率达 5 7.6 9% ;2 .5 μmol/L米非司酮可使Ki 6 7抗原表达明显减少。 结论 :米非司酮体外对PR阳性的人宫颈癌细胞有明显的抑制作用 ,通过降低细胞Ki 6 7抗原的表达而抑制其增殖。
Objective: To investigate the effect of mifepristone on the proliferation of human cervical cancer Hela cells. METHODS: MTT assay was used to observe the inhibitory effect of different concentrations of mifepristone (10, 5, 2. 5 μmol/L) on the proliferation of Hela cells. Conclusion: Mifepristone has significant inhibitory effect on PR positive human cervical cancer cells in vitro, and inhibits the proliferation of cells by reducing the expression of Ki 67 antigen.
