天津市海光寺监控中心目前监视和控制51座220kV电压等级的变电站,电压调整难度大,电压无功合理优化问题一直困扰着电网运行,因此需要自动电压控制(AVC)系统更好地调整电压无功曲线。基于电压分层控制及无功源区域性分布的特点,提出一种适合天津地区的AVC系统电压分层控制技术方案。该方案可以在电压无功调节方便的前提下,确保电压值浮动在合理的曲线范围之内,降低线路损耗、提高电能质量,以确保天津地区主网安全稳定运行。
At present, the monitoring and control of 51 220kV substations in Haiguangsi Monitoring Center in Tianjin has difficulty in voltage regulation and voltage and reactive power optimization problems have plagued the grid operation. Therefore, the automatic voltage control (AVC) system is needed to better adjust the voltage-free Power curve. Based on the characteristics of voltage stratification control and regional distribution of reactive power sources, a voltage stratification control scheme for AVC system in Tianjin is proposed. This scheme can ensure the voltage value to float within the reasonable curve range, reduce the line loss and improve the power quality under the premise of convenient voltage and reactive power regulation, so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the main network in Tianjin.
