非高炉炼铁技术是世界冶金发展的重大三个课题之一,对炼铁节能减排、实现生产过程环境友好,降低炼铁对主焦煤的依赖,保护煤炭资源有重大意义。但是近十年来,世界直接还原铁产量一直维持在小幅度增长,详见表1。由于中国不具备直接还原铁生产所需的一些条件,故直接还原铁产量一直占全国铁产量的0.1%左右,且近年来产量还在下降,总体进展不大。表1说明,近年来世界直接还原铁占世界铁总产量的比例在7%以下,变化不大;中国直接还原铁产量在降低;与高炉炼铁发展比较,直接还原
Non-blast furnace ironmaking technology is one of the three major issues in the development of metallurgy in the world. It is of great significance for energy saving and emission reduction in ironmaking, environmentally friendly production process, reduction of ironmaking dependence on main coking coal and protection of coal resources. However, in the past decade, the world’s direct reduced iron production has been maintained at a small increase, as shown in Table 1. As China does not have some of the conditions required for direct reduction iron production, the direct reduction iron production has been accounting for about 0.1% of the national iron production and the output has been declining in recent years with little overall progress. Table 1 shows that in recent years, the proportion of world direct reduced iron to world total iron output is below 7%, with little change; China’s direct reduced iron production is declining; compared with the development of blast furnace ironmaking, direct reduction
