深入了解帽形强制弯曲变形规律对指导这类弯曲件工艺设计具有重要意义。本文通过对帽形强制弯曲变形过程的分析,建立了强制弯曲变形的力学模型,运用大变形弹塑性有限元程序ADINA对该变形过程进行了数值计算,得到了帽形强制弯曲过程的变形规律。
A thorough understanding of the rules of hat-shaped forced bending deformation is of great significance for guiding the design of such bending pieces. Based on the analysis of cap bending deformation process, a mechanical model of forced bending deformation was established. The deformation process of cap bending was obtained by numerical calculation of large deformation elasto-plastic finite element program ADINA.
