为了研究东北杂交粳稻BT型不育系花器特征与异交结实率的关系,为提高北方杂交粳稻制种产量提供基础数据,以东北最新育成的三系粳稻不育系为材料,田间观察不育系的花器构造特征与异交结实率的关系进行分析。结果表明:异交结实率与不育系的颖花长、颖花长宽比、花柱长、花柱+柱头长、开颖时间、柱头外露率成极显著的正相关,对异交结实率而言,午前花率的影响较大,其对开颖时间和柱头外露率也为正效应。在选育高柱头外露率的不育系基础上加大对开颖时间和午前花率这2个花器性状的选育,更有利于提高不育系的异交结实率。
In order to study the relationship between flower traits and outcrossing rate of BT-type CMS lines in Northeast China and provide basic data for improving seed yield of north hybrid japonica rice, three lines of japonica CMS lines newly cultivated in northeast China were used as materials to observe sterility The relationship between the floral characteristics and the rate of outcrossing was analyzed. The results showed that the rate of outcrossed seed setting was significantly and positively correlated with the spikelet length, spikelet length-length ratio, style length, style length, stigma opening time and stigma exsertion rate. Saying, the greater the impact of flowering rate, the open time and stigma exposure rate is also a positive effect. Breeding male sterile lines with high stigma exsertion rate increased the selection of two floral traits, such as open time and early blooming rate, which were more beneficial to improve the outcrossing rate of male sterile lines.
