采用加热回流提取、超声提取和微波提取法对厚朴进行提取,对比研究了3种提取方法对总黄酮、总酚、厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的含量及体外抗氧化活性的影响。结果表明,3种方法中,微波提取法对总黄酮、总酚及和厚朴酚的提取率最高,加热回流法对厚朴酚的提取率最高。3种提取物均能有效地清除DPPH·和HO·自由基,清除能力依次为微波提取、回流提取和超声提取;微波法厚朴提取物清除DPPH·和HO·自由基的IC50值分别为0.013、0.144 mg/mL。
Magnolia officinalis was extracted by heating reflux extraction, ultrasonic extraction and microwave extraction. The effects of three extraction methods on the content of total flavonoids, total phenols, honokiol and honokiol and the antioxidant activity in vitro were studied. The results showed that among the three methods, the extraction rate of total flavonoids, total phenols and honokiol was the highest under the microwave extraction method, and the yield of honokiol was the highest by heating reflux method. The three kinds of extracts could effectively remove DPPH · and HO · radicals, and the scavenging ability of the extracts were microwave extraction, reflux extraction and ultrasonic extraction in turn. The IC50 values of microwave radical scavenging DPPH · and HO · free radicals were 0.013 , 0.144 mg / mL.
