根据某型空空导弹的温度测试需求,采用MXI-4总线扩展技术实现PC机远程控制PXI系统,构建PXI总线和PCI总线的混合型测试系统,实现了导弹高低温性能参数测试。红外目标运动模拟装置模拟目标与导弹的各种距离和运动情形,配合检测导弹的跟踪能力。红外图像采集单元通过USB接口实现红外图像实时接收和状态信息处理。该系统使用MXI-4技术,减轻了PC机技术不断发展所带来的系统升级压力,便于系统以后扩展性,在导弹型号研制、产品生产和维修保障中发挥着重要的作用。
According to the temperature testing requirements of some air-to-air missiles, MXI-4 bus expansion technology is used to realize remote control of PXI system by PC and build a hybrid test system of PXI bus and PCI bus to test the parameters of high and low temperature performance of missiles. Infrared target motion simulation device to simulate the target and the missile range of distances and movements, with the detection of missile tracking capability. Infrared image acquisition unit through the USB interface to achieve real-time infrared image reception and status information processing. The system uses MXI-4 technology, which alleviates the pressure of system upgrade caused by the continuous development of PC technology and facilitates the future scalability of the system. It plays an important role in missile model development, product manufacturing and maintenance support.
