采用部分热弹性流体动力润滑理论对直齿圆柱齿轮在各种表面纹理、齿数此、转速、表面粗糙度等不同工况参数时的油膜厚度进行了分析。研究了在一个啮合循环中,轮齿间的油膜厚度、膜厚比等变量受上述工况参数变化的影响情况。通过数值分析计算,得出了有益的结论。
Some thermoelastic hydrodynamic lubrication theory was used to analyze the film thickness of spur gear with different surface texture, number of teeth, speed, surface roughness and other parameters. The variation of the film thickness, film thickness ratio and other parameters in gear teeth during a meshing cycle is studied. Through numerical analysis and calculation, draw useful conclusions.
