采用液晶毛细管色谱柱分离常规固定液难以分离的异构体具有高效和快速的优点。本文试用热稳定性较好的芳羧酸酯类液晶填充柱分离五种二元取代苯的异构体,找出其中选择性最佳者,用毛细管柱进行分离实验,取得较好的效果。
The use of liquid crystal capillary columns to separate isomers that are difficult to separate with conventional fixatives offers the advantages of efficiency and speed. In this paper, five kinds of isomers of dibasic substituted benzenes were separated by using aromatic carboxylic acid ester liquid crystal packing column with better thermostability to find out the most selective ones. The separation experiment was carried out by capillary column, and good results were obtained.
