通过实验、开放式调查等方法对普通高校女生足球教学方案及效果进行研究。目的:观察教学与训练效果对普通高校女生身体机能和技术的影响;结果:足球专项训练1年后普通高校女大学生有氧耐力显著提高(33.27 vs 30.47 ml/kg/min,p<0.001),肺活量显著提高(2827.71vs 2623.90ml,p<0.001),以传球和颠球为代表的足球技术明显进步,分别是(36vs 13个,P<0.01;10 vs 3个,P<0.001);结论:经过系统、科学和适量的足球教学和课外训练,女大学生最大摄氧量和肺活量显著提高;可较好掌握足球基本技战术,并因此更加喜爱这项运动,女大学生在公体课期间选择足球专项训练是可行的。
Through experiments, open investigation and other methods to college football teaching programs and effects of research.
