Wistar大鼠2个年龄组,每个年龄段随机分为3组。实验1组给碘1.67μg/kg体重,实验共进行30天。实验结果:大鼠补碘后,体重为120~150g的大鼠经30天喂养后,脑内去甲肾上腺素含量高、低剂量组均与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.001,P<0.002);体重为50~70g的大鼠经30天喂养后,高剂量组与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。多巴胺含量,2个年龄段大鼠经30天喂养后,均为高剂量组与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:健康发育的大鼠补碘一段时间后,可提高其大脑神经递质去甲肾上腺素和多巴胺的释放
Wistar rats 2 age groups, each age group were randomly divided into 3 groups. In the experimental group 1, iodine 1.67 μg / kg body weight was administered for 30 days. Experimental results: After iodine supplementation in rats, the rats with body weight of 120 ~ 150g fed 30 days, the content of norepinephrine in the brain was high and the low dose group was significantly different from the control group (P <0.001, P <0.002). After being fed for 30 days, the weight of rats in the range of 50 ~ 70g was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Dopamine content, two age groups after feeding for 30 days, were high-dose group and the control group were significantly different (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: After a period of iodine supplementation in healthy rats, the release of norepinephrine and dopamine, a neurotransmitter in the brain, can be increased
