应用原位杂交和免疫组化技术相结合,对正常胃粘膜和不同分化类型的胃癌组织SOMmRNA的表达和SOM的免疫反应性(IR)进行研究。结果:癌组织杂交信号阳性细胞与正常组织相比显著增多。高、中分化癌SOMmRNA杂交信号阳性细胞数相似(分别为(324±154)mm-2和(320±184)mm-2),低分化癌杂交阳性细胞显著增多((2013±4125)mm-2),与高、中分化癌相比有显著差异(P<001)。SOMIR与原位杂交信号基本一致。结果提示:胃癌细胞的分化程度愈低,其SOMmRNA表达愈强。SOMmRNA和SOMIR是否可作为胃癌细胞的分化标记物之一,值得进一步探讨。
In situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry were used to study the expression of SOM mRNA and SOM immunoreactivity (IR) in normal gastric mucosa and gastric cancer with different differentiation types. Results: The number of positive cells in hybridoma cells was significantly higher than that in normal tissues. The numbers of SOM mRNA positive cells in high and moderately differentiated carcinoma were similar (324 ± 154 mm-2 and (320 ± 184) mm-2, respectively) (2013 ± 4125) mm-2, which was significantly different from that of high-differentiated and moderate-differentiated cancers (P <001). SOM IR and in situ hybridization signal is basically the same. The results suggest that the lower the degree of differentiation of gastric cancer cells, the stronger the expression of SOMmRNA. SOM mRNA and SOM IR can be used as a marker of gastric cancer cell differentiation, it is worth further study.
