随着市场经济的发展,企业政工干部队伍相对比较紧缺。而对于企业中的政工队伍来说,对企业的发展具有非常重要的作用。而当前企业政工干部的匮乏使得企业不能积极顺应时代的潮流,会制约企业的健康发展。因此,对于企业来说,应该积极认识到政工干部的重要性,保证政工干部的利益,努力提升政工干部自身的素质能力与水平。因此,本文主要在分析影响企业政工干部匮乏的因素,并且提出了解决企业政工干部匮乏问题的合理对策,从而能够为企业的健康发展提供合理的帮助。
With the development of market economy, the ranks of corporate cadres in enterprises are relatively scarce. For the political team in the enterprise, the development of enterprises has a very important role. At present, the lack of political and military cadres in enterprises makes it impossible for enterprises to actively follow the trend of the times and restrict the healthy development of enterprises. Therefore, for enterprises, we should actively recognize the importance of political cadres, ensure the interests of political cadres and strive to improve the quality and ability of political cadres themselves. Therefore, this article mainly analyzes the factors that affect the lack of cadres in enterprises and gives some reasonable countermeasures to solve the problem of lack of cadres in enterprises, which can provide reasonable help for the healthy development of enterprises.
