针对潘一东新建矿井-725~848 m西翼胶带机上山巷道揭煤情况:所要揭开13-1、12煤层组的瓦斯压力高达4.9 MPa,煤质松软,穿越石门、煤门距离长,并且需从主井单独布置1个下山通风系统,揭煤难度大等问题,提出“异地揭煤法”揭开13-1、12煤层组;根据巷道掘进情况,-805 m联络巷与胶带机上山在煤层组内相遇,需共同揭开煤层组,根据揭煤难易程度,首先在“异地”-805 m联络巷揭开13-1煤,然后沿着煤层反方向分别向上、向下揭开煤层组完成西翼胶带机上山的揭煤工作。在胶带机上山掘进至13-1煤层顶板7 m时,专门布置1条64 m措施巷进行揭煤区域瓦斯治理,又经过严格施工和区域、局部效果检验,采用远距离放炮揭开了煤层组。“异地揭煤法”揭煤较传统揭煤方案缩短了1/4时间,取得了良好的经济效益和安全效益。
