通过对固定式种植义齿整体式、二段式和三段式3种上部支架设计进行三维有限元分析比较,以考察切割支架或分段铸造支架提高全颌种植固定义齿支架的力学可行性。结果表明:3种上部支架其种植体-支渠对力的耐受均较好,应力差别很小,但支持骨的应力集中随支架段数的增多、种植体支持数目的减少而明显增加。提示临床只重视支架适合性而忽视其生物力学相容性,将可能导致种植体周围骨吸收及骨界面稳定性降低。
Through the three-dimensional finite element analysis and comparison of the three types of superstructure design of the fixed implant denture monolithic, two-stage and three-stage models, in order to investigate the mechanical feasibility of cutting the stents or segmented cast stents to improve the fixed mandibular implant. The results showed that the implants and branches of the three kinds of upper scaffolds were well tolerated by force and the stress difference was small. However, the stress concentration of the scaffolds increased with the increase of scaffold segments and the number of implants supported. Prompt attention to the clinical scaffold suitability and ignore the biomechanical compatibility, will likely lead to bone resorption around the implant and bone interface stability decreased.
