目的研究大豆β-伴球蛋白对40~60岁高血脂妇女的血清甘油三酯的降低作用。方法按照保健食品评价规范选择单纯高血脂的40~60岁女性100名,随机分为3组(高剂量组:摄食大豆伴球蛋白片4.6g/d,低剂量组:摄食大豆β-伴球蛋白片2.3g/d,安慰剂组:服用酪蛋白片安慰剂10.0g/d),干预12周。分别在0、6和12周对受试者膳食、运动等情况进行问卷调查,并检测各组血脂(TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C)。结果大豆β-伴球蛋白干预低剂量组血清TG降低了24.96%,高剂量组降低了38.70%。结论大豆β-伴球蛋白可以显著降低40~60岁高血脂女性血清甘油三酯水平,具有显著的降低中性脂肪的作用。
Objective To study the effect of β-conglycinin on serum triglyceride in 40-60 years old women with hyperlipidemia. Methods According to the criteria of health food evaluation, 100 hyperlipidemic women aged 40-60 years were randomly divided into three groups (high dose group: ingesting soybean with globulin fragment 4.6g / d, low dose group: 2.3g / d protein tablets, placebo: placebo casein tablets 10.0g / d), intervention for 12 weeks. The subjects’ diet and exercise were surveyed at 0, 6 and 12 weeks respectively, and the levels of lipids (TG, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C) in each group were measured. Results Serum TG decreased by 24.96% in low-dose group and decreased by 38.70% in high-dose group. Conclusion Soybean β-conglycinin can significantly reduce serum triglyceride levels in 40-60 years old women with hyperlipidemia, and significantly reduce the effect of neutral fat.
