与课堂教学中的师生沟通相比,面批无疑具有更强的私密性、更大的自由度以及更明确的目标。我一向主张作业面批,在日常教学中,我也一直坚持作业面批,尤其是作文,我坚持每学期至少和每个学生单独沟通两次。对于作业面批,以往的人们多从教师的责任心和教学的针对性等角度加以肯定。我觉得,面批的价值不仅在此,面批还有更多值得我们思考的教育意义。
Compared with the teacher-student communication in the classroom teaching, the face-to-face approval will undoubtedly have stronger privacy, greater freedom, and clearer goals. I have always advocated homework approval. In my daily teaching, I have always insisted on the approval of work assignments, especially composition. I insist on communicating with each student individually at least twice each semester. For the work surface, the people in the past have affirmed from the angle of teachers’ responsibilities and the relevance of teaching. I think that the value of the face-to-face grant is not only here, but there is more education worthy of our thinking.
