在水稻品种、喷药时期及施药浓度方面研究了三唑磷、井冈霉素、吡虫啉等农药对水稻叶片光合产物输出速率的影响。试验应用放射性核素示踪的手段 ,在作物活体条件下 ,采用多探头作物活体养分测量仪采集了不同处理时水稻功能叶片标记光合产物的残留动态数据 ,运用动力学分析的原理和方法 ,建立了隔室分析模型和数学描述公式 ,求解了相应的输出速率常数K值。比较分析结果表明 ,施用供试农药后 ,均不同程度地降低了水稻叶片标记光合产物的输出速率 ,随着施药浓度的增加 ,产生的效应也增大 ;叶片光合速率的降低是造成叶片光合产物输出速率下降的主要原因之一。
The effects of pesticides such as triazophos, validamycin and imidacloprid on the photosynthetic product output rate in rice were studied in rice varieties, spraying time and application concentration. The radionuclide tracer method was used to test the residual dynamic data of functional photosynthetic products of functional leaves of rice under different crop in vivo conditions by using multi-probe live nutrient measuring instrument. By using the principles and methods of dynamic analysis, The compartmental analysis model and mathematical description formula were used to solve the corresponding output rate constant K value. The results of comparative analysis showed that the output of photosynthate from rice leaves decreased to a certain extent after application of test pesticides, and the effect was also increased with the increase of pesticide concentration. The decrease of photosynthetic rate resulted in the decrease of photosynthetic rate One of the main reasons for the drop in product output rate.
