本文研究了废混凝土再生原料、废烧结砖再生原料及混合再生原料用量对再生混凝土物理力学性能的影响。结果表明,随再生原料用量顺序增加,再生混凝土的吸水率和拌合用水量增加,绝干密度下降,只因再生原料品种和用量不同,变化幅度不同;废烧结砖再生原料用量变化将引起再生混凝土强度的显著变化,而废混凝土再生原料用量则对再生混凝土强度影响较小。由废混凝土再生原料与废烧结砖再生原料组成的混合再生原料,其掺量对再生混凝土物理力学性能的影响规律与废烧结砖再生原料基本一致。混合再生原料再生混凝土断裂模式表现为基材破坏、界面脱附和废烧结砖再生骨料破坏三种并存。
In this paper, the effects of recycled raw materials of waste concrete, recycled materials of waste sintered brick and the amount of mixed recycled raw materials on the physical and mechanical properties of recycled concrete were studied. The results showed that with the increase of the order of recycled raw materials, the water absorption and mixing water of recycled concrete increased, the absolute dry density decreased, because of different varieties and dosage of recycled raw materials, the variation range was different. Strength of the significant changes in the amount of waste concrete recycled raw materials on the strength of recycled concrete less affected. The mixed regenerated raw materials composed of recycled raw materials of waste concrete and recycled raw materials of waste sintered brick have the same rule of influence on the physical and mechanical properties of recycled concrete as the recycled raw materials of waste sintered brick. The failure modes of recycled concrete mixed recycled raw materials are as follows: substrate destruction, interface desorption and the destruction of recycled aggregate of waste fired brick coexist.
