本文用扫描电镜和金相显微镜,分析了熔核旋流区的成分与组织。通过对拍摄的一套旋流发展过程金相照片的观察分析,阐述了旋流形成的三方面原因,即被焊两材料成分、组织、性能的差异,熔核形成过程的特点和存在于液态熔核内的电动力、介质阻力等容积力的作用。提出了用旋流发展规律认识熔核发展规律,以及旋流主要是从后熔化的金属向先熔化的金属里运动等见解.还通过试验,说明了各主要参数与旋流形成的关系;指出了有旋流的焊接接头性能比无旋流时有所降低。
In this paper, using scanning electron microscopy and optical microscopy, the composition and microstructure of the nugget swirl zone were analyzed. Through the observation and analysis of a set of metallographic photographs of the development of the swirling flow, three reasons for the formation of the swirling flow are expounded: the composition, microstructure and properties of the welded materials, the characteristics of the nugget formation process, Nugget within the electric power, medium resistance, such as the role of volumetric force. The law of development of nugget is put forward based on the rule of development of the swirling flow and the principle that the swirling flow is mainly from the post-molten metal to the metal which is melted first. The experiment also shows the relationship between the main parameters and the formation of the swirling flow. The performance of a swirled welded joint is lower than that of a non-swirling one.
