以不同海拔密花香薷叶为试材,采用过氧化氢-醋酸离析法对不同海拔密花香薷叶片进行叶表切片制片,在光学显微镜下对表皮细胞形态、气孔特征进行了观察比较。结果表明:密花香薷表皮细胞形状随海拔上升差异很小;气孔随海拔上升由长椭圆型向近圆形转变,气孔器全部散生分布,气孔取向无规则,下表皮气孔密度大于上表皮。气孔大小、气孔密度、气孔指数随海拔升高呈现一定的规律性变化,说明植物的叶表特征与其所处的环境相互依存。
The leaves of different flowers were used to study the morphological and stomatal characteristics of epidermal cells under light microscope. The results showed that the shape of the epidermis cells of C. mongolicum had little difference with elevation. The stomatal changes from long oval to nearly circular with altitude rising. All the stomatal apparatus distributed randomly with irregular stomatal orientation and stomatal density in lower epidermis. Stomatal size, stomatal density and stomatal index showed some regular changes with elevation, indicating that the leaf characteristics of plants are interdependent with their environment.
