航空发动机降噪研究迫切需要1种叶轮机械宽频噪声测量方法。通过在单级轴流风扇进口段布置的4圈环形麦克风阵列对管道内宽频噪声进行了测量,每圈阵列由8个环壁面布置的传声器组成。在40%~100%设计转速下,利用互相关方法对管道内宽频噪声进行了试验研究。结果表明:在相同转速不同工况下的噪声结果差别很小。该方法能准确地对管道内模态波进行分解,并分辨出顺流和逆流传播的模态波,进一步证实了互相关方法在管道宽频噪声测量方面有很好的鲁棒性。
Aeroengine noise reduction research urgently needs a kind of impeller mechanical broadband noise measurement method. The wide-band noise in the pipe was measured by a 4-ring circular array of microphones arranged at the inlet of the single-stage axial fan. Each array consisted of 8 ring-mounted microphones. Under the design speed of 40% ~ 100%, the cross-correlation method is used to test the broadband noise in pipeline. The results show that there is little difference in the noise results under different conditions of the same speed. This method can decompose the modal waves in the pipeline accurately and distinguish the modal wave propagating both in the forward and backward directions. It further confirms that the cross-correlation method has good robustness in the measurement of broadband noise of the pipeline.
