The incidence of complications and mortality in patients with end-stage renal disease is high ~ ([1]). Appropriate dialysis methods and doses can improve the prognosis ~ ([2]). For regular hemodialysis patients, the choice of dialyzer has a greater prognostic impact. High-throughput dialyzers have a larger membrane pore size than low-throughput ones, and can clear more of the beta2-microglobulin (β2-MG) Molecular toxins ~ ([3]). Although the advantages of high-throughput dialyzers have been confirmed by several studies, the impact of high-throughput dialysis on clinical outcomes such as survival remains controversial (4-6). Two large studies HEMO and MPO research concluded that the lower
