Excessive diet will lead to the accumulation of triglycerides and cholesterol in the liver, the formation of fatty liver. Recent foreign studies have shown that some foods have a better effect on fatty liver. Danny Manor, MD, of Case Western Reserve University Medical School in Ohio, USA, found that foods rich in vitamin E such as spinach and nuts can effectively improve fatty liver. In the experiment, the researchers quickly improved their symptoms after feeding vitamin E capsules to non-alcoholic fatty liver mice. For adults, it is recommended daily intake of vitamin E is 4 mg. Eat 100 grams of spinach and a small amount of nuts a day, and then with other foods to meet the recommended amount. Researchers
