6.5%Si高硅钢是一种磁性能优异的软磁合金,但其室温脆性严重影响了热加工性能,在轧制过程中易出现裂纹。介绍了国内外制备6.5%Si高硅钢的工艺,阐述了快速凝固、电泳沉积(EPD)、电子束物理气相沉积(EB-PVD)、激光熔覆、热浸、熔盐电沉积、喷涂扩散等方法,以及梯度硅钢的制备工艺。指出了各种工艺的优势和不足,以及今后的发展方向。
