铺沟水电站位于伊河干流,属渠道引水式电站。电站自建成发电至今,年均发电量为351.1万kW·h。目前,电站的渡槽、建筑物已严重老化,电站运行的安全性、可靠性降低,安全隐患极大。嵩县“十二五”小水电代燃料建设项目将该电站列入规划。根据电站的实际情况,电子元件、渠道、渡槽和厂区进行了技术改建。本文从水工建筑和机电设备等方面,对铺水沟电站技术改造进行了分析,并简要介绍了技术改造取得的效益。
The Shuigou Hydropower Station is located in the main stream of Yi River, which is a diversion channel power station. Since the power station built into power generation, the average annual generating capacity of 3511000 kW · h. At present, the power station aqueducts and buildings have been seriously deteriorated. The safety and reliability of the power plant are reduced and the potential safety hazard is enormous. Song County “Twelve-Five ” Small Hydropower for Fuel Construction Project will be included in the planning of the power plant. According to the actual situation of the power station, the electronic components, channels, aqueduct and the factory have been rebuilt. This paper analyzes the technological transformation of Shuishugou Hydropower Station from hydraulic construction and mechanical and electrical equipment, and briefly introduces the benefits of technological transformation.
