利用一个3 L的高压反应釜,在不同压力下对来自内蒙古的白音华褐煤进行了一系列水热解实验,温度为320℃和350℃,压力在11~17 MPa。并对水热解前后煤样性质进行了分析,分别利用压汞仪和BET分析了原煤和处理后褐煤的孔隙率和比表面积。根据实验结果,研究分析了不同水热解过程条件对处理后煤样(提质煤)性能的影响。结果显示,通过水热解处理后,产物固体的比表面积、内水和氧含量较原煤有明显降低,孔隙率无明显变化。但是,随着压力的升高,产物固体的上述性质无明显变化。
Using a 3 L autoclave, Baiyinhua lignite from Inner Mongolia was subjected to a series of hydrothermal experiments at different pressures, with temperatures of 320 ° C and 350 ° C and pressures of 11-17 MPa. The properties of coal samples before and after pyrolysis were analyzed. The porosity and specific surface area of raw coal and treated lignite were analyzed by mercury intrusion porosimetry and BET respectively. According to the experimental results, the influence of different hydrothermal process conditions on the properties of treated coal samples (upgraded coal) was studied. The results showed that after hydrothermal treatment, the specific surface area, internal water and oxygen content of the product solid were significantly lower than those of the raw coal, and the porosity did not change significantly. However, as the pressure increases, there is no significant change in the above properties of the product solids.
