中职学生能否为国家经济发展发挥积极作用,不仅取决于他们所掌握的专业技能,在很大程度上还取决于他们自身的思想政治素质是否过关。从实际状况来看,目前大部分中职院校都非常重视学生的思想政治教育工作,并按国家的要求稳步地推进学生思想政治教育工作。但由于中职教育的特殊性,中职学生在校学习时间相对较短,加之国家对实训、实践时间的硬性要求,学生在校理论学习时间最多只有两年半,部分专业甚至更短。在如此短的时间内,现有的思想政治教育机制是否能够满足处于人生发展关键期的学生需要,这个问题值得思考。
Whether vocational students can play an active role in the development of a country’s economy depends not only on the professional skills they possess, but also on the extent to which their own ideological and political qualifications cross the border. From a practical point of view, most secondary vocational schools attach great importance to students’ ideological and political education and steadily promote their ideological and political education as required by the state. However, due to the particularity of secondary vocational education, secondary vocational school students study in a relatively short period of time, combined with the country’s training and practice of hard time requirements, students study in school at most only two and a half years time, some even shorter. In such a short period of time, whether the current ideological and political education system can meet the needs of students who are in the critical period of their development of life is worth considering.
