新疆农六师煤电有限公司电厂2×360 MW机组煤斗26.500 m以下锥体侧壁板材为Q345B+1Cr13复合钢板。复合钢板焊接不同于单一材料的焊接,两种钢材的焊接性有很大的差异,如果焊接材料、焊接工艺选择不当,极易产生裂纹缺陷。通过实践应用,Q345B+1Cr13复合钢板焊接的基层、复层和隔离层选用相适应的焊接材料及合理的焊接工艺,保证了机组煤斗锥体的焊接质量。
