采用聚乙二醇２０ｍ毛细管柱和气相色谱－质谱法鉴定了２－巯基乙醇中两种主要杂质成分；首次报道了这两种杂质成分的名称和分子结构，并建立了一种测定２－巯基乙醇纯度的毛细管气相色谱法。
Polyethylene glycol 20m capillary column and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry were used to identify the two main impurities in 2-mercaptoethanol. The names and molecular structures of the two impurities were reported for the first time. A new method for the determination of 2-mercapto Ethanol purity by capillary gas chromatography.
