探讨了淬火及回火热处理对激冷铸铁白口层的显微组织与耐磨性的影响。结果表明:淬火可以使激冷铸铁的白口层获得以马氏体为主的显微组织,从而显著提高其耐磨性,且随淬火温度提高耐磨性先下降后又升高,低温回火基本不影响这一变化规律。
The effect of quenching and tempering heat treatment on microstructure and wear resistance of chilled cast iron white stratum was discussed. The results show that quenching can make martensitic microstructure in the white stratum of chilled cast iron, which can significantly improve the wear resistance. With the increase of quenching temperature, the wear resistance decreases first and then increases, Fire basically does not affect the law of change.
