本研究用10只麻醉犬观察了川芎嗪对急性缺氧性肺动脉高压的影响结果发现,由右心房注射川芎嗪(40mg/kg)能使用药后第10、15分钟缺氧时的肺血管阻力(PVR)和肺动脉平均压(PAPm)明显降低;若在持续泵入美蓝过程中,川芎嗪的降肺动脉压作用消失,提示美蓝能阻断川芎嗪的扩血管作用。本研究还发现硝酸甘油能快速降低PVR及PAPm,提示硝酸甘油可用于治疗急性肺动脉高压及慢性肺原性心脏病急性加重期患者。
In this study, the effects of ligustrazine on acute hypoxic pulmonary hypertension were observed in 10 anesthetized dogs. It was found that the pulmonary vascular resistance at hypoxia 10 and 15 minutes after administration of ligustrazine (40 mg / kg) (PVR) and pulmonary artery mean pressure (PAPm) were significantly decreased. If the pulmonary artery pressure of ligustrazine disappeared during continuous infusion of methylene blue, methylene blue could block the vasodilator effect of ligustrazine. This study also found that nitroglycerin can rapidly reduce PVR and PAPm, suggesting that nitroglycerin can be used for the treatment of acute pulmonary hypertension and chronic pulmonary heart disease in patients with acute exacerbations.
