目的 用有限元法分析女性前牙反(?)患者从替牙期到恒牙期下颌骨生长发育趋势,为前牙反(?)的预防和矫治提供理论参考。方法 用专门建立的颅颌面形态有限元分析系统对样本的头颅侧位定位片进行二维有限元分析。结果 从替牙期到恒牙早期,所有单元的Emax均为拉应变,所有单元面积均有不同程度增加,以颏前下部面积增加最多,绝大多数单元形状变化大于大小变化。绝大多数单元呈逆时针生长方式。下颌骨升支和体部的生长仍呈多向性,在面积增加的同时,旋转方向也各不相同,形状也发生了一定变化。结论 女性前牙反(?)患者下颌骨在M-P期生长发育过程中表现出了一些与D-M期不同的特点。各单元在生长变大的同时,形状变化更为明显,可能对下颌骨形态、大小及位置异常起重要作用。
Objective To analyze the growth and development of the mandible from the periodontal to the permanent dentition in female (+) anterior female patients by finite element method (FEM), providing a theoretical reference for the prevention and correction of anterior teeth anti (?). Methods The skull and maxillofacial morphology finite element analysis system was used to conduct the two-dimensional finite element analysis of the cephalometric specimens. Results From the initial dentition to the early dentition, the Emax values of all the units were tensile and all the unit areas increased in different degrees. The area of the anterior genitail increased most, and the change of most unit shapes was larger than the change of size. The vast majority of units showed a counterclockwise growth pattern. Mandibular ascending branch and body growth is still a multi-directional, with an increase in area, the rotation direction is also different, the shape has undergone some changes. CONCLUSIONS: The mandibular bone of female anterior (?) Patients showed some characteristics different from those of D-M during M-P growth and development. Each unit grows larger at the same time, the shape change is more obvious, may play an important role in mandibular shape, size and location of anomalies.
