福建机器厂铸造车间生产的E135船用柴油机体和机座,体积大,结构较复杂,型芯采用流态自硬砂,内腔机械粘砂和化学粘砂都较严重。铸件退火时,采用本省低质烟煤或白煤,出炉后的铸件表面粘了一层难以清除的黑灰,防锈漆附着不牢。为此,我们采用了湿态喷砂清理法。湿态清理法的设备很简单,一只我厂自己生产的3L—10/8型空压机贮气缸代替高压缸,内装粗河砂、Na_2S0_3及适量的水,通以6~8公斤/厘米~2的压缩空气,从缸口再接出一条高
