日前,国务院常务会议决定,建立不动产统一登记制度,将分散在多个部门的不动产登记职责整合由一个部门承担。这将是中国不动产登记制度的重大突破。让不动产登记制度发挥更大作用,需要身份认证体系和信用体系建设相配合。虽然不动产统一登记意义重大,国务院也明确了不动产统一登记的任务、分工和时间表,但要真正实现登记机构、登记簿册、登记依据和信息平台“四统一”目标,并非易事。那么,全国统一登记需要哪些配套设施呢?
