本文研究了MB2,MB15两种镁合金的超塑性变形行为和显微组织变化。结果表明,两种合金不经超细化处理,在退火的原始状态甚至带状组织条件都能呈现超塑性。两种合金都有较高的超塑性特征:MB2在388℃、V_卡=0.5mm/min下,δ=417%,流动应力σ=1.7kgf/mm~2;MB15在400℃、V_卡=0.5mm/min下,δ=1043%,σ=0.5kgf/mm~2,在300℃、V_卡=1.0mm/min下,δ=1130%,σ=1.27kgf/mm~2。经微观组织观察发现,合金在变形中有动态再结晶过程发生,尤其MB15进行的较为强烈。两种合金都有空洞产生,多数产生于断口附近,且成为串珠状,
In this paper, the superplastic deformation behavior and microstructure of MB2 and MB15 magnesium alloys were studied. The results show that the two alloys can be superplastic even in the original state of annealing even without striping. Both alloys have higher superplasticity characteristics: MB2 at 388 ℃, V_card = 0.5mm / min, δ = 417%, flow stress σ = 1.7kgf / mm ~ 2; MB15 at 400 ℃, V_ Δ = 1043% at σ = 0.5 mm / min, σ = 0.5 kgf / mm ~ 2, δ = 1130% and σ = 1.27 kgf / mm ~ 2 at 300 ° C with V_card = 1.0 mm / min.
