目的:建立一种不经分离直接测定复方氯霉素洗剂含量的方法。方法:以被测组分的光谱为依据,在一定的波长范围内,以混合组分中的一种组分的标准溶液的吸光度除相应波长范围内混合组分的吸光度,得到比值光谱,选择两个特征波长,对被测组分进行定量。结果:平均回收率:水杨酸 99. 97%± 0. 86%,氯霉素 100. 24%± 0. 78%。结论:方法准确、快速、灵敏。
