自收缩是配置低水胶比高性能混凝土需要考虑的一个重要因素。自收缩会导致混凝土产生裂纹,影响强度及耐久性。避免自收缩的一个重要措施就是养护,传统的方式是不断从外界补充水分来避免混凝土内部的自干燥,而本文通过在混凝土内添加一种高吸水性树脂的高分子材料,具有很强的吸水特性及保水性能,有效促进混凝土内部养生,使得胶凝材料水化反应提升,从而保障混凝土具有较高的抗压强度,提高混凝土的耐久性能,是传统外养护剂的补充材料。
Autogenous shrinkage is an important factor to consider when configuring low water cement than high performance concrete. Self-shrinking can cause cracks in the concrete, affecting strength and durability. An important measure to avoid self-shrinkage is conservation. The traditional way is to constantly supplement water from the outside to avoid self-drying inside the concrete. This article has a strong water absorption by adding a high-absorbent resin polymer material to the concrete. Characteristics and water retention performance, effectively promote the internal health of concrete, make the hydration reaction of cementitious materials to enhance, thereby ensuring the concrete has a higher compressive strength, improve the durability of concrete, is the traditional external curing agent supplement material.
