该文提出了一种基于进气管补气和超声雾化降低化油器式汽油机怠速排放的新方法 .进气管补气使怠速混合气浓度变稀 ,超声作用使得从怠速油道内流出的燃油被破碎并与空气混合均匀 ,得到较好雾化及混合的较稀的怠速混合气能够实现较完全的燃烧 ,进而降低怠速排放 .作者自行研制了一套进气管补气和燃油超声雾化试验系统 ,并在 4 92 Q汽油机上进行了台架实验 .实验结果表明 ,与原机相比 ,在低怠速区降低 HC和 CO排放30 %以上 ,在高怠速区降低 1 0 %以上 ,如对系统进行进一步优化并与汽油机实现良好匹配 ,有可能达到平均降低 HC和 CO排放 30 %的目标 .
