基于抗坏血酸抑制 KMnO4-鲁米诺(luminol)体系化学发光反应这一效应,设计出一种简便、快速、灵敏度高的消耗型化学发光抗坏血酸传感器、该传感器线性响应范围为1.0X10-5-4.0X10-3g/L;相对标准偏差为2.3%(1.0X10-4g/L,n=11);从取样到测定的全部分析过程只需1min。作为分子识别和换能系统的固定化试剂柱,可连续使用100次以上。方法已用于在线检测饮料中抗坏血酸的含量测定。
Based on the effect of ascorbic acid on chemiluminescence reaction of KMnO4-luminol system, a simple, rapid and sensitive chemiluminescence chemiluminescence ascorbic acid sensor was designed. The linear response range of this sensor was 1.0X10-5-4 .0X10-3g / L; the relative standard deviation was 2.3% (1.0X10-4g / L, n = 11); the entire analysis from sampling to measurement was only 1min. As a molecular identification and conversion system of immobilized reagent column, can be used continuously for more than 100 times. Method has been used to determine the content of ascorbic acid in beverages online.
