针对外挂内爬式塔机支承系统的计算问题,开发了通用的支承结构参数化计算系统。利用ANSYS软件的二次开发功能,并与编程软件Visual Basic相结合,通过人机操作界面输入计算参数,由内部程序输出命令流调用ANSYS软件,系统自动完成计算并输出计算结果。为了验证系统计算的准确性和可行性,本文以抚顺永茂建筑机械有限公司的STL720动臂内爬式塔机为例,分析了支承结构的强度,利用手动计算值与软件输出值进行比较,求出误差的大小,验证计算系统的正确性及可靠性。
Aiming at the problem of the calculation of the support system of plug-in creeper tower crane, a common parametric calculation system of support structure has been developed. Utilizing the secondary development function of ANSYS software and combining with the programming software Visual Basic, the calculation parameters are input through the man-machine interface. The internal program outputs the command flow and calls ANSYS software. The system automatically calculates and outputs the calculation result. In order to verify the accuracy and feasibility of the system calculation, this paper takes the STL720 internal-climbing tower crane of Fushun Yongmao Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. as an example to analyze the strength of the support structure. The manual calculation value is compared with the software output value, The size of the error, verify the correctness and reliability of the computing system.
