目的:选取益气类中药黄芪、甘草,观察其对上呼吸道菌群失调模型小鼠口咽部菌群的调节作用,初步探讨其防治上呼吸道感染的机理。方法:制作小鼠上呼吸道菌群失调模型,灌胃给予小鼠不同剂量的黄芪、甘草后,检测小鼠口咽部菌群密集度、优势菌、多样性。结果:黄芪、甘草对小鼠上呼吸道菌群有一定的调节作用,黄芪的效果较甘草明显。结论:益气类药物黄芪对小鼠上呼吸道菌群的调节作用是其防治上呼吸道感染的机理之一。
OBJECTIVE: To select astragalus membranaceus and glycyrrhiza glabra as the traditional Chinese medicine, and to observe the regulation of orogenic bacteria on oropharyngeal flora in mice with upper respiratory tract dysbacteriosis and to explore the mechanism of prevention and treatment of upper respiratory tract infection. Methods: The mouse upper respiratory tract flora model was made. The mice were given different doses of Astragalus membranaceus and Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch, and then the mouse oropharyngeal flora concentration, dominant bacteria and diversity were detected. Results: Astragalus membranaceus and licorice could regulate the upper respiratory tract flora of mice, the effect of astragalus was more obvious than that of licorice. Conclusion: Astragalus membranaceus, a kind of Qi-medicinal drug, can regulate upper respiratory tract flora of mice and is one of the mechanisms of its prevention and treatment of upper respiratory tract infection.
