目的:建立气相色谱法测定甘桔冰梅片中冰片含量。方法:采用聚乙二醇20000(PEG-20M)弹性石英毛细管柱(30m×0.53 mm,1μm),FID检测器,氮气为载气,进样口温度:250℃,检测器温度:300℃,不分流进样。色谱柱初温140℃,然后以8℃.min-1升至180℃,保持1 min,载气N2流速3 ml.min-1。结果:在该色谱条件下,进样量在0.105~1.316μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 2),平均回收率为97.37%,RSD=1.01%(n=6)。结论:该法灵敏、准确,重复性好,可用于制剂质量控制。
Objective: To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of borneol content in Methods: Polyethylene glycol 20000 (PEG-20M) elastic silica capillary column (30m × 0.53 mm, 1μm), FID detector and nitrogen gas were used as the carrier gas. The inlet temperature was 250 ℃, the detector temperature was 300 ℃, Splitless injection. The column temperature was 140 ℃, and then increased to 180 ℃ at 8 ℃ .min-1 for 1 min. The carrier gas flow rate was 3 ml.min-1. Results: The chromatographic conditions, the injection volume in the range of 0.105 ~ 1.316μg good linear relationship (r = 0.999 2), the average recovery was 97.37%, RSD = 1.01% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for quality control of preparations.
