目的:从福尔马林-蔗糖-醋酸混合液(FSA固定液)、Bouin液和福尔马林3种固定液中优选一种,用于对睾丸组织的固定。方法:取健康SD大鼠双侧睾丸,分别用3种固定液固定,然后制成5μm厚切片并行HE染色,观察不同方法固定睾丸组织结构及染色效果。结果:经福尔马林-蔗糖-醋酸混合液和福尔马林固定的睾丸组织结构较清楚,但组织易收缩,而经Bouin固定液固定的睾丸组织结构和染色效果俱佳。结论:3种固定液都可用于固定睾丸组织,以Bouin效果最好。 OBJECTIVE: To choose one of the three fixation solutions from formalin - sucrose - acetic acid (FSA), Bouin and formalin for the fixation of testicular tissue. Methods: Bilateral testis in healthy SD rats was fixed with three kinds of fixative, then made into 5μm thick slices and HE staining, observe the structure and staining effect of testicular tissue by different methods. Results: The structure of testis fixed by formalin - sucrose - acetic acid mixture and formalin was clear, but the tissue was easy to shrink. However, the structure and staining of testis fixed by Bouin fixation fluid were excellent. Conclusion: The three fixatives can be used to fix the testicular tissue, the best effect of Bouin.
