目的:观察活络胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:选符合标准的该病患者150例,按2∶1随机分为两组。治疗组100例予西比林胶囊合活络胶囊,对照组50例仅用西比林胶囊。两组均治疗4周。结果:治疗组显效76例,有效20例,无效4例,总有效率为96.0%(95%CI=92.2%～99.8%);对照组显效25例,有效15例,无效10例,总有效率为80%(95%CI=68.9%～91.1%);两组综合疗效比较,差异明显(u=2.9400,P=0.0054)。结论:活络胶囊配合西比林治疗偏头痛疗效显著,其收益为OR=0.17(95%CI=0.05～0.56),NNT=6(95%CI=3.9～16.3)。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Huoluo capsule on migraine. Methods: A total of 150 patients with this disease were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to 2: 1. 100 cases in the treatment group were treated with xibeilin capsules and 50 cases in the control group were treated with cibitrin capsules only. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Results: In the treatment group, 76 cases were markedly effective, 20 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 96.0% (95% CI = 92.2% -99.8%). In the control group, 25 cases were markedly effective, 15 cases were effective and 10 cases were ineffective. The efficiency was 80% (95% CI = 68.9% -91.1%). There was significant difference between the two groups (u = 2.9400, P = 0.0054). CONCLUSION: Huoluo capsule combined with cebileine has a significant effect on migraine headache. The benefits are OR = 0.17 (95% CI = 0.05-0.56) and NNT = 6 (95% CI = 3.9-16.3).
