在求职中,面对各种机遇、挑战与压力,加之自身身份的独特性,不少硕士生在择业过程中出现了一些心理障碍。这些障碍如得不到有效的解除,必然会对他们的择业和未来人生造成负面影响。因此,了解和分析硕士生的各种择业心理障碍,并提出相应的自我调适策略,有利于硕士生及时调整心态,保持稳定、健康、积极的求职心理,顺利就业。
In the job search, in the face of all kinds of opportunities, challenges and pressures, coupled with the uniqueness of their own identity, many master candidates in the course of career there have been some psychological obstacles. If these obstacles are not effectively relieved, they will inevitably have a negative impact on their careers and their future life. Therefore, to understand and analyze all kinds of job-seeking psychological barriers for master’s students and put forward corresponding self-adjustment strategies will help master students adjust their mentality in time and maintain a stable, healthy and active job search psychology, so that they can find jobs smoothly.
