以剂量为4.1C/kg的~(60)CO γ射线照射丰收10号、东风74-403和黑农26号等三个品种的风干种子,以没有经过照射处理的原始材料为对照,分析比较了来自M_1孕性正常(MF)和孕性较差(MS)植株衍生M_2、M_3两代群体九个农艺性状的遗传方差、遗传变异系数、广义遗传力和预期选择遗传进度,并对生育期,百粒重和单株产量的实际选择效果与预期选择进度进行了比较。研究了诱变群体早期世代的遗传变异规律。探讨了早期世代的主要农艺性状的选择处理问题以及M_1代不同孕性材料在突变育种上的意义。
Air-dried seeds of three varieties (Fengjue 10, Dongfeng 74-403 and Heinong 26) were irradiated with ~ (60) CO γ rays at a dose of 4.1C / kg. The raw materials without irradiation were compared and analyzed. The genetic variances, genetic coefficient of variation, general heritability and expected selection genetic progress of nine agronomic traits from two M_3 and M_3 derived from M_1 pregnant normal (MF) and poor pregnant (MS) , The actual selection effect of 100-grain weight and yield per plant was compared with the expected selection progress. The genetic variation of early generations in mutagenic groups was studied. This paper discussed the selection and treatment of the main agronomic traits of the early generations and the significance of different metazoan materioses in the mutation breeding.
