The Breguet equation has always been a difficult point in junior high school algebra teaching, so researchers often have their own people. It is worth exploring: Is it possible to “modernize” and modernize such traditional subjects as the Boulle equations? For many years, we applied the concept of “mapping” to the teaching of Boulle equations, with the aid of arrow diagrams. The arrow line visually represents the relationship between quantity and quantity in an applied question to help analyze the meaning of the problem and seek solutions. We call this method the “arrow method.” Because of its novelty and uniqueness, in particular, it can record and reproduce the problem-solving ideas and teaching process concisely and vividly. Therefore, the teachers are happy to adopt it and scholars are interested in it.
