随着新课程改革的不断深入,人才培养模式的不断深化,中学教育的重点已转向符合教育规律的人才培养模式。“订单式”教学作为一种新型人才培养模式,通过不断地发展演变,已被逐渐引入到初中教学中。“订单式”教学在初中教学中的运用与中学课程改革相适应,不仅充分体现课程改革要求的“立德树人”教育理念,而且使学校建立起充满活力的育人机制,教师的教学方式也更有针对性和实效性,学生的自主性、求知欲、兴趣需求都得到极大提升。
With the constant deepening of the new curriculum reform and the continuous deepening of the personnel training model, the focus of secondary education has shifted to a talent training model that conforms to the laws of education. “Order-style ” teaching as a new type of talent training model, through continuous development and evolution, has been gradually introduced to junior high school teaching. The use of “order-style” teaching in the teaching of junior middle school is compatible with the reform of secondary school curriculum. It not only fully embodies the “Lide Shuren” educational philosophy required by the curriculum reform, but also enables the school to establish a dynamic education mechanism. Teachers’ teaching methods are also more targeted and effective, and students’ autonomy, curiosity, and interest needs have been greatly improved.
