目前,江苏省吴江市中小学正在点面结合尝试通过课堂观察改进教研方式的实践。课堂观察是一次教研方式的革命,一场教学观念的头脑风暴。各校的实践已经初步显现出课堂观察的独特功能。但是在实践中我们的课堂观察也遇到一些问题和困惑:中小学老师的课堂观察应该是怎样的研究活动、中小学老师如何开展课堂观察、课堂观察活动如何深入,等等。
At present, primary and secondary schools in Wujiang City, Jiangsu Province, are trying their best to improve the practice of teaching and research through classroom observation. Classroom observation is a revolution in teaching and learning, a brainstorming of teaching ideas. The practice of each school has initially shown the unique function of classroom observation. However, in practice, our classroom observation also encountered some problems and puzzles: what primary and secondary school teachers should observe classroom observation activities, how primary and secondary school teachers to observe the classroom, classroom observation activities, how to deepen, and so on.
